Delivery and Returns
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the purchase order.
The consumer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods on delivery and possibly not to accept the package if it is in poor condition, as well as inform Perigrine.com via the contact page, within 48 hours.
As far as shipping is concerned, we mainly work with La Poste and their service called Colissimo.
Delivery by the Post Office
To minimize transport costs, all our products are shipped by La Poste.
If you are absent on the day of delivery, the postman will leave you with a notice of passage in your mailbox, which will allow you to contact the delivery service in order to get a second pass from the postman or to go directly to pick up your parcel at the corresponding Post Office.
The Post Office has a very reliable service. However, as with any shipment, there may be a delay in delivery or the product may go astray. In case of delay of delivery compared to the expected delivery date, we ask you to contact us via the contact page.
We will then contact The Post Office to start an investigation. An investigation can last up to 21 days from the start date of the investigation. If the product is found during this time, it will be sent immediately to your home (the majority of cases). If, on the other hand, the product is not found after the 21-day investigation period, La Poste will consider the package lost.
Only then can we return a replacement product to you at our own expense. If the product or products ordered were no longer available at that time, we would refund the amount of products affected by the loss of the package. We do not accept any responsibility for the lengthening of delivery times due to La Poste, especially in the event of product loss or strike action.
The customer agrees to provide a valid delivery address where a person is available during office hours, failing that, where there is an accessible mailbox, in order to receive the parcel or a notice of passage. The customer also agrees to contact La Poste in case the parcel has not yet been delivered 4 days after the order is shipped.
Delivery problems due to The Post Office
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, product missing from the delivery voucher, damaged parcel, broken products …) must be indicated on the delivery voucher in the form of “handwritten reservations”, accompanied by the customer’s signature. The customer will immediately report the concern to Perigrine.com via the contact page
Delivery errors
The consumer must make any claim to the company PERIGRINE CREATION on the day of delivery or no later than the first working day following delivery, any claim of delivery error and/or non-compliance of products in kind or in quality with respect to the indications on the purchase order. Any claim made beyond this time will be rejected.
The formulation of this claim with the company PERIGRINE CREATION may be made:
by logging on to our website, Perigrine.com, in the contact page where, after entering your contact information, you can ask us your question. Contact us by specifying the order number.
Any claim not made in the rules set out above and within the time limit will not be taken into account and will relieve the company PERIGRINE CREATION of any responsibility to the consumer.
In the event of a delivery error or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to the company PERIGRINE CREATION as a whole and in its original packaging, in parcel followed or recommended with acknowledgement.
To be accepted, any return must be reported in advance to the Customer Service of the company PERIGRINE CREATION.
Tracking the package
As soon as the package is sent, we have a follow-up reference that allows us to know exactly the progress of the delivery, please contact us if you do not receive your parcel or if you would like to have information on the progress of the delivery, we will give you this reference. You can then contact The Post Office for this information.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs vary depending on the weight of your package.
All orders placed before 2 p.m. and paid for by Secure Payment are processed and shipped on the same day (if working day). For other means of payment, orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment.
France
Package of 3.99 euros for any order of less than 39.
Free for orders in excess of $39
Same-day shipping if order placed before 2 p.m.
